- Eiffel Tower tickets cannot be received in advance. Instead, all customers must be present at the meeting point indicated in your voucher, where your host will provide the tickets
- This is not a guided tour; your host will take you up to the 2nd floor & (if summit option is selected) direct you to the summit floor lift where you will continue your visit independently
- People with reduced mobility cannot access the summit floor
- If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded, since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.

So glad we booked like this… saved the hassle of finding where to go and what tkts to buy online.. Aida was amazing, after meeting up so took us to the tower got us all through security and up to the second level and then guided us to the summit level. Took all the hassle out of the visit and on top gave us details about the tower that we we would not have known otherwise. Definitely recommend!
The guide and the story she gave about the eiffeltower I enjoyed so much im 65 I was many times in paris but never visited the toner,carmelle the Guido was very experinced with telling the whole story, thank you carmelle.
The tour was very good. Veronica did a great job of explaining us the history, intricacies and made it super interactive and fun! Great job. However, there was a huge goof-up. We couldn’t go to the summit of the Eiffel Tower — as it was denoted in the listing — and could only go to the second floor. It was a huge bummer, but were promised that we would be getting a refund of the same, which still hasn’t come. I’d like to alert the team to process the refund at the earliest.
We missed the tour with guide. But still we loved the Eiffel itself. However, Eiffel Tower is more beautiful at night. I suggest you to see this beautiful piece of art at night. If it’s not enough you can buy the tour than. Because we regretted buying our tour in advance the moment we saw it at night.
