- There is an 8 minute walk from the meeting point to the bus
- If the bus transfer cannot operate due to reasons beyond our control, the trip will be made via public transportation with a GetYourGuide host
- Check in at the time indicated on your voucher. We cannot guarantee access to the Palace for late arrivals. Rescheduling fees will apply.
- The palace gardens are free from November to March, so no tickets are required during this period. Prices are adjusted accordingly. There are no musical or fountain shows during these months
- The gardens close at 5:30 PM from November to March
- There are no restrooms on the bus
- Unfortunately the bus is not adequately accessible for wheelchair users
