The time on your voucher is the meeting time at the AGENCY (the tour starts a few minutes later). In case of late arrival, we cannot guarantee access to the palace. Fees will apply if you wish to reschedule for a later tour.
Access times may be delayed on peak days due to safety controls at Versailles Palace, possibly causing a short wait at the group entrance.
The palace gardens are free only from November to March, with no garden tickets needed. (Prices are adjusted accordingly) There are no fountain shows during this period.
If arriving by train, please be sure to purchase an RER Paris-Versailles ticket as Paris Metro tickets are not valid.
Baby strollers may be refused at the entrance of the palace.

This was the second visit to Versailles for my husband and I but the first visit for my son and his friend. What a terrific experience to tour the palace and learn history – yet the highlight for us was exploring the gardens. The maze-like layout led us to some wonderful, peaceful places and we discovered some sculptures and artwork we’d never seen before. The fountain “water dance” was wonderful.
