Nice tour and discussion of the tower history. Imad was a fantastic guide. Unfortunately, the top of the tower had closed for technical issues during our scheduled time, but Get Your Guide announced this and processed a refund for that portion quickly and without our asking/prompting. Very good customer service.

Onze Engels sprekende gids gaf veel informatie over de Eiffeltoren en Parijs tijdens de wandeling naar de ingang. A service provider of Get Your Guide canceled our reservation less than 8 hours before we were due to go up the Eiffel. I called Get Your Guide at midnight and within 20 minutes they secured a new tour with a different service provider at a reduced price. Very happy.
